6. CONDITIONS OF USAGE OF RADIO AND TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION FACILITIES IN PORT AND PORT WATERS
6.1. When operating in the Control Zone all ships shall possess serviceable UHF radiotelephone stations (RTS) that shall be kept on Channel 12 intended for communication with the CSTR.
6.2. Within the boundaries of the Port Control Zone the following UHF radiotelephone stations are operated:

6.3. Within the boundaries of the Port Control Zone ships (on anchorages, beside piers and on the way) may use UHF RTS of the Central Port Radio Station (SPRS) for private calls subject to availability of free radio channels.
6.4. While approaching Port or standing on the roads or at the pier ship may connect with the Port services and other organizations in the Port territory by dialing the following numbers:
