By the order of ‘Federal State Institution ‘Administration of Sea Port Yeisk’ (FSI ‘SP Yeisk’) no. 01-03/11 dated 19.06.2014, in order to ensure the safety of navigation in the approach channel, inner water area and staying at berths of Sea Port of Yeisk, as a result of material of shooting bottom topography, guided by Art. 78 of ‘Merchant Shipping Code of the Russian Federation’ rev. 30.04.1999 no. 81-FZ, and Art. 12 of Federal Law № 261-FZ ‘On Sea Ports of Russian Federation and on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Russian Federation’ dated of 08.11.2007:
- declared guaranteed depth from ‘zero’ of Sea Port of Yeisk on canal and inner water area, the maintenance of which is provided in accordance with the statement of depths (Table 1)
- declared depths in Table 1 are taken to leadership while sailing of ships in water aria, mooring operations and berthing ships in Sea Port of Yeisk, including pilotage operations;
- proofreading of depths statement made after submission of regular shooting of the depths topography at the channel bottom and water area;
- Orders no. 01- 03/21 of harbour master of Sea Port of Yeisk dated 22.11.2013 is considered null and void.
