ARTICLE 16

16.1. In special cases (direct/mixed carriages, service stock delivery for the port, intervals in cargo transfer, etc.) the port shall negotiate with the parties concerned special terms of cargo handling and loading/discharging vehicles and specify them in Appendix to the present Code.
